"UMMM, WHAT DO YOU USE FOR...?"

Here are the tools I use & recommend in my online business

For email marketing

Active Campaign

I’ve used ActiveCampaign for years. It has powerful automation features (including a visual automation builder) and good deliverability rates. Plus, it’s very reasonably priced.

For Invoicing + Accounting

Quickbooks

With Quickbooks and my Monthly Accounting Routine, I know exactly how profitable my business is on any day of the year. Plus, you can send e-invoices that can be paid online.

For Landing + sales pages

Divi by Elegant Themes

Divi is a visual drag-and-drop website builder that I have to create landing pages, sales pages, and my entire website. It’s really easy to use (for all you non-techies). The creators are constantly putting out updates and cool, new features.

for online proposals

Better Proposals

Better Proposals helps you look even more pro. You can send online proposals that can be signed electronically. The layouts look amazing. And you can track analytics on proposals sent. I also rely the templates feature to save hours of time.

for Project management

Asana

Asana is the tool I use (and love) the most. I manage ALL of my systems, processes, and workflows inside of it. It has been a game changer for accountability, consistency, and time saved. I get more done in less time than ever before.

for Web hosting

WP Engine

WP Engine is fast and reliable for WordPress sites. The feature I enjoy most is the ability to clone my site and make changes or update themes and plugins in a secondary space. That way, the live site isn’t affected if an update causes a crash.

for course hosting

Teachable

I’ve tried a lot of course platforms, both as a student and as a course creator. I’ve been the most impressed with Teachable’s user interface and overall experience for the student and when creating new courses.
