Refund Policy

As a general policy, I do not offer refunds for any service packages, coaching packages, audits, 1-day sessions, or consults.

That said, I do have your best interests at heart, and I’m invested in your success.

I want you to be 100% happy with your project deliverables. If you aren’t satisfied with my work, please reach out to me, so that I can make it right.

(This is not to be confused with outcomes like earnings, sales, profit or ROI. I can’t guarantee a specific return on your project. Take a look at the Earnings Disclaimer for more details.)

At the end of the day, I like to look at these things on a case-by-case basis. Send me an email, tell me what’s up, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds, Cancelations + Changes: Micro Funnel Pro Audit

Mistakes happens. Things change. I understand.

If you’d like to cancel or modify your audit, you have a 48-hour window to email me with the changes. After that time, work on your audit may have already begun + cannot be refunded or modified without additional fees.

I evaluate all refund situations on a case by case basis.

Please note, not submitting the funnel details intake form (provided after purchase) is not a case for a refund. You will get a reminder email every few days until it’s been completed. By purchasing the audit, you’re agreeing to accept the responsibility for submitting any materials to us.

To cancel or modify your audit during the 48-hour window…

1. Email me at with your request. The person requesting the changes must be the same person who purchased the audit.

2. Once your request is received, I will send you an email on the next business day to clarify any information. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Don’t see your refund yet?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Rescheduling, Cancelling + Missed Sessions: 90-Min Funnel Consult


Your calendar can change. I get that.

That’s why, I’m happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your session.

  • Please reschedule at least a 24 hours in advance of your original scheduled consult.
  • To reschedule, please use the rescheduling link inside your confirmation email. With this link, you’ll be able to choose another day + time that works for you right away.
  • Please keep in mind, rescheduled sessions are subject to current availability.

If you try to reschedule and there are no days available, please email me + let me know. I’ll do my best to move some things around so we can find something that works for both of us.


If you need to cancel your session, please do so from your Calendly confirmation email. (There’s a link inside that automatically updates the booking system.)

I want to respect your time as well as mine. So if you need to cancel:

  • Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to get a full refund (minus processing fees).
  • If you cancel with less than a 48-hour notice, I’m happy to meet you half-way and refund 50% of your payment (less processing fees).
  • However, if you miss your session + don’t cancel, there are no refunds available.

Missed Session:

Above all, I want to help you solve your problems. But… for me to do that, you have to show up.

Let’s respect both your time + my time.

If you miss your session (without canceling or rescheduling ahead of time as outlined above), here’s the policy:

  • You will not receive a refund or credit towards another session.
  • If you’d like to reschedule, you’ll have to book + pay for another session.

I want you to be fully aware of this policy, so there are no surprises.


That said, I’m a caring human being, and I understand that emergencies + extreme circumstances are not your fault.
