Terms + Policies


Audit cancelations and modifications are accepted up to 48 hours after purchase. After that time, work on your audit may have already begun cannot be canceled or may be modified with additional fees. These requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Please note: not completing your order by submitting the funnel details intake form (provided after purchase) is not a case for a refund. We send you a reminder email every few days until it’s been completed.

To cancel or modify your audit during the 48-hour window:

1. Email me at with your request. The person requesting the changes must be the same person who purchased the audit.

2. Once your request is received, I will send you an email on the next business day to clarify any information. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request


Refunds are not available, except in cases of accidental ordering and similar transnational oversights. For example, if you accidentally purchased 2 audits when you meant to purchase 1, you will be entitled to a refund for the extra audit purchase as long as you notify us before the audit process has begun (generally within 48 hours).

If you fail to complete your funnel audit intake form by 30 days after purchase, your audit will be considered forfeit and you will not receive a refund.

Coaching + Consulting Sessions

Terms + Policies


We understand that your calendar can change. We’re happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your session. Please reschedule at least a 24 hours in advance of your original scheduled consult.

To reschedule, use the rescheduling link inside your confirmation email. With this link, you’ll be able to choose another day and time that works for you right away.

Please keep in mind, rescheduled sessions are subject to current availability.


Cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance to get a full refund (minus any processing fees). To cancel, please use the link inside your confirmation email or on your calendar event.


We want to respect your time and ours. No refunds or credits are available for missed sessions or cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice. We respect your time and ours.

Make up session that were missed or not rescheduled in the 48-hour time frames will be treated as a new session. You must book and pay for another session.

For clients with coaching or consulting packages who have already pre-paid for sessions, missed sessions (as in you didn’t reschedule and didn’t show up) will be deducted from your pre-paid package as used.


That said, we understand that emergencies and extreme circumstances are not your fault. If this applies to you, please let us know as soon as possible (hello@theimpactcopywriter), so we can work something out with you.
