Do we sign a contract? 

Yep! To protect us both, we’ll sign a service agreement that covers all the terms of the review.

When/how do I pay? 

You’ll be invoiced for the full amount upon signing the service agreement. You’ll be able to make a payment securely online.

Do you rewrite the copy for me? 

I provide some copy suggestions that can be used (nearly) word for word and some suggestions that can be used with your minor tweaks. So, you will get some usable copy. 

That said, a review does not include a full or partial rewrite of your copy. 

Will I get generic or personalized advice? 

Personalized, of course. (Who cares about generic?!) 

I ask you several key questions in the review request form that helps me provide customized feedback and suggestions that are based on conversion copywriting best practices (i.e. what we know works).
